This will be our third visit to Holland in six years and each trip has been a brilliant experience for students.

We will be holding a parents meeting on Thursday 2nd October at 6pm in the Drama Hall. This will be led by an Inspire Sports Representative and give parent’s an opportunity to ask any questions.

Please attend if you feel this is an opportunity that your son would benefit from.

Year 9 History trip to WWI battlefields – Friday 14th November 2014

To mark the centenary of WWI, the History department has arranged a new trip to the battlefields of Ypres in Belgium for Year 9 on Friday 14th November. Students will visit a variety of sites including British and German war graves, reconstructed trenches and a memorial museum. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to have a real experience of what the battlefields of WWI were like and understand the scale of sacrifice made by so many. It will also enhance their understanding of WWI and put into context what they will study in Year 9 History.
Please can students see Miss Chappell in classroom L1 for a letter about the trip.

Show My Homework

We are pleased to announce that we are now running Show My Homework at Edenham. This system allows all teachers to upload homework onto the online platform so that students and parents can access it through the online calendar. There is a link to this on the tabs to the left. Students and parents can also login to look at specific homework set for that child. Parents of more than one student at Edenham can combine accounts together for ease of use.

The system allows us to send home all letters, bulletins and important information to registered users. Students can see a countdown to all the homework set for their classes and parents can see whether or not it was submitted and potentially what grade was achieved for the work.

Show My Homework is now fully functioning at Edenham, please ensure you are logging in to check homework that has been set.

Students have now all received their login details for themselves and for their parent/carers. If you did not receive your information or are having trouble logging in please contact your son/daughters current Head of Progress Team who will be happy to assist you.  For Head Of Progress contact emails, please click on contact us, teacher emails.

Thank you
